We deliver across Pakistan. In Lahore, we offer same-day delivery. Outside Lahore, we ship via trusted couriers; delivery time estimates are shown at checkout and in your tracking updates.

Lahore orders are typically delivered the same day. For all other cities, your estimated delivery window appears at checkout and in your SMS/WhatsApp tracking.

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your address and current promotions. We run free-shipping offers from time to time.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Yes—COD is available for most addresses nationwide. The courier will collect cash at the time of delivery.

Yes. You’ll receive an invoice by SMS/WhatsApp and/or inside the parcel for your records.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can follow the courier link for live updates.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away via the form or WhatsApp. We’ll arrange an exchange or return. Refunds are issued 3–5 business days after the returned package is received back at our facility.
